Payment Policy

We are selected providers for many preferred provider organizations (PPO's), health maintenance organizations (HMO's), point of service plans (POS's), and exclusive provider organizations (EPO's). Indemnity insurance plans are also welcome. Verification of the amount of deductible met to date and co-payment information are helpful

We are participating providers for Medicare enrollees. As such, we accept assignment and bill secondary insurance for our Medicare patients.

If you are an uninsured patient, or we are not currently providers for your health insurance program, or we can not verify your current enrollment, full payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements are made.

We are pleased to offer a discount on most of our services to uninsured patients, and on specific non-covered services to insured patients, who pay at time of service. We welcome payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Our charges are very competitive. Our urgent care fees are on average around 25% of what the costs for similar services provided in a hospital emergency department would be. We accept payment per the California Workers' Compensation allowable fee schedule for our routine occupational care services. Our primary care fees are in line with similar services in our community. We accept the fee schedules for health plans with which we are contracted.
