Our Management

Our management staff is likewise comprised of a group of unique individuals. Any one who has ever had the pleasure of having personal contact with one of them knows immediately that they are dedicated to doing everything possible to insure our patients the best possible experiences and outcomes. They do this while having the unenviable task of insuring that Verdugo Hills Medical Associates survives this most turbulent of times to be in the business of medicine. Our management staff oversees the long and short-term goals of the company, problem solves on a daily basis, and assists the department managers in meeting their needs and goals. The often incredibly long hours they put in will attest to their unwavering resolve to have Verdugo Hills Medical Associates live by its mission.

Bill Wilkie

Bill joined Verdugo Hills Medical Associates in 1990 as the marketing representative. Bill is a graduate of Drew University in Madison, N. J. and has a Masters in Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Rutherford, N.J. Bill served 4 years in the United States Navy followed by working 10 years with Xerox Corporation and 10 years with the Hertz Corporation before joining Verdugo Hills Medical Associates. Over the years Bill has taken on additional responsibilities at VHMA and currently serves as its Executive Director. Bill is an avid hiker and runner.

Cynthia Foullon

Cynthia Foullon, also known as Cindy, has been involved with VHMA since its inception, functioning primarily in the administration and management of the facility. Currently she is very busy with the day to day bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, oversight of the billing and front office departments, and Human Resource management. Cindy has 3 adult children and one ‘childlike’ husband with whom she enjoys spending time with. She is also trying to get back into playing golf and spending more time at home.
